Subprocessors

These are the third-party services we use to operate getburps. Each handles data under its own privacy terms, linked below.

• Clerk: Authentication (email + session) — privacy policy
• Stripe: Payment processing — privacy policy
• Twitch: Source platform — content is fetched from the VOD URLs you submit, and live broadcasts of channels on your watchlist are recorded as they air, under Twitch's own terms
• Neon: Database hosting (account and job records) — privacy policy
• Cloudflare: Object storage for temporary supercut output — privacy policy
• Modal: Compute for job processing — privacy policy
• Vercel: Website and API hosting — privacy policy
• Recording host: Dedicated server that connects to Twitch and records live broadcasts of watched channels. Holds broadcast segments on disk only until the burp moments are cut out of them, then deletes them
• Discord: Operational alert channel for incident response. Automated alerts carry internal identifiers only, never your email or supercut content. If you use the in-app report button, the text you write is delivered here with your user ID and the page you were on — privacy policy

We do not sell or share your data outside this list, and we never use your content to train any AI model.
